Rolls and Curves’ 2016 Favorites

I’ve never written a favorites post before, but I decided it was a good idea to write one since I’ve opened my blog up to other types of reviews. I’m going to start doing monthly favorites, but first I’m going to summarize my favorite things and products that I’ve used and loved over the last year! I’m sorry this is a little late. I’ve been recovering from my first surgery to treat my endometriosis. If I have a  full review of one of the things listed, I’ll link it. Some of the pictures are mine, but the ones that aren’t mine were pulled from Google for illustrative purposes.

E.L.F Cosmetics VoxBox Review

Influenster sent me these products for free in exchange for my honest and comprehensive review. All opinions are my own.

I’m really excited to review a VoxBox for the first time! I’ve received other VoxBoxes from Influenster, but at the time I didn’t have my blog open to beauty products. In case you’ve never heard of it, Influenster is a website where you receive a small box of free product, and then you review it and complete little tasks. It’s completely free and is a legitimate service. You still get products even if you leave a negative review of something. At the time of writing, this is my fourth box from Influenster. This box contains 5 products from E.L.F, an affordable cosmetic and skincare brand.

Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Foundation Review (Porcelain and Buff)

This is the first beauty review I’ve ever done, so forgive me if I don’t explain things well. I’m reviewing my holy grail daily foundation, which is the Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Blank Canvas Foundation. This product is on the pricy side for a drug store foundation, ($15 for an ounce) but I believe the quality is similar to higher end foundations such as Urban Decay Naked Skin. This foundation is available in eight shades ranging from fair to deep, and can only be found at Walgreens. All photos used in this post were only edited for color accuracy. There is no retouching in these photos.
